Your first step will be to find out how much your job will cost - take a look at our prices on the pricing page. If you'd like a written quote or proforma invoice by email or post, or if you have any questions regarding prices or artwork requirements, please do call or email us. We always respond to queries immediately.

How long will it take?

When you've decided on your requirements, please send us your master disc and artwork. Once we receive these materials and your payment we can begin. On average we can finish and despatch your order within 2-3 days. If you would like a "test disc" sent to you first for approval before we begin the order itself, you must let us know when sending your masters. We do not charge for this service as you may want to check how your artwork looks first or check the sound of your audio cd if we have mastered it for you.

Please note that making, sending and awaiting approval of a test disc can add several days onto the turnaround of your order.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be totally happy with your discs and guarantee each disc. In the unlikely event that a disc is returned to us faulty, we will send you within 14 days, 2 extra copies at no charge for each disc deemed faulty. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the despatch of the original order. (Please note that DVD duplicates are not guaranteed to play on Sony Playstations).

We also guarantee our turnaround and will refund 10% of the order value not including shipping for every full day your order is delayed if we cannot meet the agreed despatch date. (Except in the case where a courier collection is missed due to no fault on our part).
