How Your Disc Is Made

First we run your master disc through an antivirus program, then carefully check that the master is good to run. We then duplicate at low burn speed and verify that each disc has been written successfully. Next we print your artwork directly onto the disc surface using the latest inkjet or thermal technology and print your inserts and booklets if required. We then package to your requirements.

We only use genuine Grade A media. This ensures maximum possible compatibility with any player your disc may encounter and maximum data integrity over time.

DVD Authoring

At present we do not supply DVD authoring in-house.

Frequently asked questions

For all enquiries, please call us on 020 8769 5224 or email us.

What's the difference between inkjet and thermal?

Inkjet is the highest resolution printing possible onto disc and is best for photographic images, high resolution graphics or small text.

Thermal printing is lower resolution but has has the benefits of being 100% water, scratch and fade proof. Virtually identical to a silk screened disc.

What is PQ encoding?

PQ encoding is the process of putting index markers onto the disc so that CD players can find individual tracks.

I don't have any artwork - can you help?

We have a professional graphic design team and can provide artwork to suit your budget.

What are ISRC codes?

These are codes that uniquely identify your music when played on radio stations. This means your music can be logged for royalty and other purposes. We can add your codes for a small fee.
