Services Offered
We provide you with a one stop duplication shop. We supply professionally duplicated CDs and DVDs together with full colour direct-to-disc thermal and inkjet printing, digital or litho printed paper parts and numerous packaging options including short run digipacks and printed card wallets. Large runs are by replication.
Audio Mastering
Mastering audio is a highly specialised skill and we have many years of experience. Our services range from simple compiling of tracks and PQ encoding/tracking, to digital editing, equalisation, balancing, compression and level maximizing etc. We charge a flat rate of £40 per hour charged by the half hour. Masters should be supplied on CDR. Mastering is unattended but an approval disc can be requested once payment has been received.
Artwork & Design
We have a professional inhouse team providing full artwork and design services from print to brand work to CDROM creation. Please call to discuss. If supplying your own artwork email to artwork@xpressduplication.co.uk

Guidelines for artwork submission
Templates
When you're supplying your own artwork, we recommend you follow these guidelines. Please note we happily supply one hour's setup time free of charge but not following the guidelines could result in additional charges. If you're unsure about anything, please do call us on 020 8769 5224.

Resolution
Please ensure you use a resolution of at least 300 dpi and ensure the image size is actual size. Hide or delete the template layer before rendering.
Colour Mode
CMYK. Artwork supplied in RGB will be converted to CMYK which may result in colour shift. If you have any questions about this, please ask us before sending your order.
Bleed
A bleed of 3mm is required over all outside edges. Please don't mask the inner circle on the artwork for the CD or DVD - leave the artwork showing in this area.
Format
We prefer to receive your artwork as a high resolution (min. 300 dpi) jpg, tif or pdf. If you send your artwork as an unflattened .psd, .ai or .eps, don't forget to outline all text OR include any fonts used.
We use Mac and PC.
Proofs
Include colour printouts of your artwork for reference. If not supplied we will work to screen colours. If you would like to see a proof of your artwork before we begin duplicating, let us know when you order.
Turnaround
Depending on numbers ordered you will normally receive your completed order within 1-7 working days from receipt of your master, artwork and payment. Many orders are completed within 1-3 days. We guarantee our turnaround and once all masters and artwork are ok to go we will stick to an agreed despatch date. If we cannot meet the agreed deadline we will refund 10% of the order value (not including shipping) for every day despatch is delayed (We cannot accept liability for missed courier pickup). Please note that cheques must be cleared by our bank before despatch.

Any single layer DVD ie. up to 4.5gb of data. DVD masters may be plus or minus format.
