Artwork Specifications & Templates

When you're supplying your own artwork, we recommend you follow these guidelines. Please note we happily supply one hour's setup time free of charge but not following the guidelines could result in additional charges. If you're unsure about anything, please do call us on 020 8769 5224.

Resolution

Please ensure you use a resolution of at least 300 dpi and ensure the image size is actual size. Hide or delete the template layer before rendering.

Colour Mode

RGB or CMYK. CMYK only for lithographic print.

Bleed

A bleed of 3mm is required over all outside edges. Please don't mask the inner circle on the artwork for the CD or DVD - leave the artwork showing in this area.

Format

We prefer to receive your artwork as a high resolution (min. 300 dpi) jpg, tif or pdf. If you send your artwork as an unflattened .psd, .ai or .eps, don't forget to outline all text OR include any fonts used.

We use Mac and PC.

Proofs

Include colour printouts of your artwork for reference. If not supplied we will work to screen colours. If you would like to see a proof of your artwork before we begin duplicating, let us know when you order.
